Psychiatrists

I'm gonna do a survey. How many of you have ever been to a psychiatrist? Even just a couple times. If you have, I want your opinion about them. I personally thing that with the exception of one, they're all quacks.

If you really feel that you have to talk to a psychiatrist, do it somewhere other than in their office that is perfectly organized and always so formal looking. I find that all that makes you kinda nervous.

I say that because I find that a friend is much better to talk to than a psychiatrist. And event then it doesn't have to be a friend. It can be a stranger, a cable man, plumber, whatever.

I don't know exactly why this is, but I think it might be because when you talk to a friend or a stranger, you do it because you want to, and because you feel the person can be trusted. But when you schedule the appointment to see the psychiatrist, it becomes a duty, a commitment. And you don't know if you can trust the psychiatrist because you really don't have a huge list of people to choose from. And nobody likes tell secrets to people they don't think can be completely trusted with that information.
